Easy Peasy, Brazilian coffee with notes of milk chocolate and roasted nuts, is also used to create theChocobeans, coffee beans coated in dark chocolate for a gourmet and crunchy touch.
Wild Crush, Colombian coffee with aromas of chocolate, honey, and papaya, brings its aromatic signature to the Barista beer, brewed with Brasserie de l’Orne. The spent grains from brewing are then repurposed into the savory fig and nut cookies, made by Bon.com, two neighboring artisans at the farm with whom we share a local and collaborative approach.
