Woodster, a family story
Granddaughter of a roaster, Joelle Driesens grew up surrounded by the aromas of roasting at "Maison Javanaise," amidst jute sacks and coffee beans. In 2022, WOODSTER was born from this desire to reconnect with her family roots and share this heritage through a contemporary and committed approach.

Artisanal craftsmanship
Wood-fired roasting, a unique process in Belgium, generates a vibrant heat that reveals the aromas, texture, and terroir of the coffee. This allows the coffee to express itself fully, rather than being standardized. Powered by renewable and local energy, this method strengthens the artisanal and sustainable foundation of our expertise.
